The best meal we had over 5 days in Las Vegas was at Milos. You can pick your fish from huge icy display cases. The server escorted us to the cases and described the taste of every fish -- sweet, briny, mild. We ordered three types of fish, lobster pasta, and so many smaller dishes from beets to fish crudo to salads. All of the dishes were served family style and our table of seven ate it all. I savored every single morsel. A $1400 bill doesn't lie.
