  • If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The HOA is absolutely ridiculous! The pool and gym close at 10pm and the HOA rep often comes early to kick people out (this has happened multiple times). Often times the HOA rep doesn't remember to unlock the gym and pool in the mornings and can't be bothered to do it in the afternoons. There are also no pool toys or food items allowed in the pool area. The parking situation is awful. Residents are allowed 1 parking pass (although the condos are 2 bedrooms each) and 1 visitor's pass. Cars with, and without, passes are towed arbitrarily and the HOA seems incapable of preventing it. This apartment is not recommended for people with roommates (more than one car), people with kids who want to play in the pool, people who like to barbeque by the pool, or people who like to use gyms regularly.
