  • Called them because I needed my water heater replaced. They said they could not give me a general cost estimate over the phone but would send someone. Two men arrived at my house 3 hours later. They came upstairs to look at the water heater. I had already purchased the new one and had it brought upstairs. All that was required was changing it out and disposing of the old one. He said he had to go to his truck to get an estimate. He came back and told me it was going to be $525.00. I have replaced water heaters before and this price is extremely high considering I already had the water heater. I asked why it was so high and he just looked at me. I then said that they were priced much higher than their competitors and he just shrugged his shoulders. I found another company to replace it for under $200.00. This company is professional and arrive in a timely manner but be prepared to pay...
