  • I would have given zero stars but that is not an option. Worst service ever. Placed on hold for over an HOUR! I thought at first maybe the customer service reps were naive or uninformed, maybe stupid - but in reality they are hired liars. My bill NEVER was what I was promised AND I had a letter from them verifying my price!! A year later and still unresolved. Super slow internet. Moved onto Cox.
