This place would have earned a 5 star review if it wasn't for the finance manager and the shady finance tactics when we were buying a car. We had already come to a set agreement for a car and had come back to finalize the deal after thoroughly thinking about the purchase. Everything was good to go except for when we got to finance. Sam tried to extort an extra $33.00 / month lease payment thinking we would fall for it after they already accepted the first months payment for the total amount we agreed to. I find this to be very unethical and shady.
When I discovered what was happening, I told him to stop the deal and that I was getting the feeling of bait and switch. After talking in circles and trying to say sales tax needed to be added to the already negotiated deal, the numbers still did not calculate the 8.10% sales tax rate for Nevada. It was clearly auto finance fraud and when I threatened to can the deal and bring back the sales manager, it was corrected immediately. His excuse was that the system didn't correctly calculate the sales tax and I still find that hard to believe, when you have a program that calculates that based on the sales price, but whatever.
The moral of this story is to make sure you get everything in writing as we did, clearly make sure the sales tax is included in a lease payment, and don't fall victim to additives that are virtually useless.
Overall, we are happy with the purchase, but auto dealers can be very shady and you MUST do your homework and due diligence at all cost or you could be screwed.
