| - Unfortunately, this still doesn't help my experience that my 3rd trimester, pregnant girlfriend and I had at the Dobson location, so I'm still giving this one star. Like I stated in my last review, someone called me supposedly from First Watch, yet, when I ran the cell number under identity search, I got nothing, except that it was a Verizon number (NUMBER REDACTED TO COMPLY WITH YELP GENERAL CONTENT GUIDELINES)
I went through the effort of transferring the voicemail *.3gp file to my computer, ran it through Audacity, ran the audio through an equalizer.. I THINK it was from Kevin Hall, who is the VP of Operations at Good Egg according to LinkedIn (THIS COMPLIES WITH YELP GENERAL GUIDELINES: "don't post other people's full names unless you're referring to service providers who are commonly identified by or commonly share their own full names" THIS IS PUBLIC ON LINKEDIN A SOCIAL MEDIA PROVIDER)
Anyway, in the voicemail, the caller says they're from First Watch. So, is the caller really Kevin Hall or not?
I texted the number seeking clarification, but I never got a response. I don't call numbers that I can't verify with secondary verification online first, that's just stupid from a cybersecurity standpoint.
All in all, a customer should not have to go through all this effort just to figure out who is calling me to handle a customer service issue. State WHO you are (Kevin Hall?), WHAT you are (VP Operations?) and WHY you are calling me in your voicemail (to handle a social media complaint). Only one of these things were stated in the voicemail I received, and was so muffled I couldn't tell who they were at first.
EDIT 5/9/2016 10:31 PM: To clarify, Yelp removed my review for containing personal information and referred me to their general content guidelines. So, I re-wrote my review to be compliant with said guidelines.
