  • I came just looking for information and a test drive, with no intention to buy. I was bracing myself for another relentless sales pitch, like the ones I have experienced many places before. What was my pleasant surprise when I was met with respectful professionalism and knowledgeable attention. The agent (Terri) made me feel very comfortable and in control of the deal. What a refreshing difference! Terri provided all the information necessary for me to fully experience the car, and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns in detail. As a matter of fact, the entire dealership had the same helpful attitude and worked together as a seamless team. I was happy to drive away with a new car in under three hours on New Year's Eve. I think this dealership should serve as a model for customer service. If you shop there, definitely ask for Terri and you will have a satisfying customer experience.
