  • I phoned to inquire as to membership fees. I spoke to the "Sales Manager". After putting me on hold for two minutes he returned sounding disappointed I hadn't hung up. Rather than a straightforward response, it was like playing a shell game conversationally. I further asked about their personal training sessions and prices. Yet another vague answer, "It depends." On what I asked? The time of the day, who the PTrainer was, etc. After this, I would RUN, not walk, away from this business.
