  • I have never dealt with such a horrible service in my entire life. Billing is a nightmare. Customer service is impossible. I am signed up to pay $34/month and random fees keep being applied to my bill. This month my bill was $89!! How does this happen?! The only reason I'm using CenturyLink is because Cox doesn't service my area. Unbelievable!!!
