  • I am so pleased with the customer service I received at J Crimi. I was referred by LensCrafters because they were unable to repair my Gucci sunglasses. He was so patient and gave me hope that he would be able to fix my sunglasses. The turnaround was so quick and painless. J was so friendly and professional. I always noticed the store and the cool J Crimi purple classic car out front and the great human billboard on the corner of Eastern and Horizon Ridge. I am so glad I finally made it in the store. The selection of eyeglass wear was quite impressive. I will definitely be back....not only for future repairs but possible eye exams and future eyewear purchases. Don't go any where else....this place is a FIND!!!!!
