  • I went to eyebrow envy to have my entire face threaded, the lady was really nice and I thought she did a great job however as she was processing my credit card we were talking and she told me she was the owner, then she said to me would you like to add the tip to your card, I said I would never go back, I could see if an employee had did my threading and she asked that question but the owner assuming she's getting a tip and to put a customer on the spot like that, why don't she set her prices where she don't have to beg for a tip, so distasteful.
