  • Writing this review on behalf of my brother, who went in for a simple oil change today. In the process, they stripped his oil plug and when they couldn't get it back in, they tried to charge him $600. My brother ended up going and doing it himself for $12. At this point, he was stranded there waiting for a friend because his car wouldn't run due to the lack of oil. Thanks for the lack of help, Hans. Lost a valued customer today.
