I was pretty nervous going in - my dog is old and has been blind in one eye for a bit then suddenly (literally overnight) lost sight in his other eye - especially since my regular vet really didn't want to even guess about what the issue was. But I was so relieved when I left. Dr. Fleschel (spelling?) was very kind and great with my dog, helped keep him calm and really calmed my nerves too. Expensive? Sure. But really, what isn't when it's related to emergency/unexpected pet care? My boy had an eye exam, some blood work and one bottle of pills and it came to $700 which was what the initial estimate showed. It was actually cheaper than I thought it would be going in. The entire staff was so friendly and really seem to enjoy the company of the animals there. Really large waiting area too, so if there are several dogs waiting it's not too chaotic. So glad my regular vet sent us here.
