  • Food is amazing. Never a disappointment there. Service however needs some work. We came the day before Valentine's Day and were very disappointed with service. When ordering $150 wine, you would hope the server would come by every once in awhile to pour it for you. Or at least check up on you! We never saw her after we ordered. And poured our own wine. I don't even want to imagine her service when it was crowded on Valentine's Day!!! We came 2 or 3 weeks later to give it another try. We had a reservation, however it "wasn't ready" so we waited 25min...what was the point of a reservation?? Service was a little better, but still not the service you would except and that we usually receive at a prime steakhouse restaurant. I hate to take away 2 stars for the same reason, but we give it two tries.... All other Flemings I have been to have had 5 star service, they need to retrain at this location!!!
