  • Thank you to Elite Appliance Repair for their honesty and great customer service. We have a tenant who explained the refrigerator wasn't staying cold and they were throwing out a lot of food. Roger wound up adjusting the settings and explained that the freezer setting was too high which caused the ballast (?) in the fridge to close so the fridge couldn't cool. Seriously?! Refrigerator works. How would have known!? Honesty goes a long way in business. Thank you over and over.
