I visited the Promenade location around noon last week in search of a replacement for my cox remote. I was prepared to wait but to my surprise I was greeted at the door by a customer service rep who had a new remote in his hand. I had not even entered the store and I was already taken care of. He said "I saw you coming and thought I would meet you. This was a genuine act of taking care of the customer. I was very surprised. I was done in 10 seconds. So fast that I did not catch this man's name. Cable companies give us lots to complain about but I have to give credit where it is due, and this guy gets the concept of customer service.
