  • Pretty disappointed in the customer service here. I've stopped by a handful of times for coffee and recently visited the drive thru for donuts. I have never had good customer service here but I figure it's cheap fast coffee so I let it go. Recently on my donut visit the person taking my order wasn't very friendly, I was handed the box of donuts without a 'thank you' or pleasantry and after leaving I discovered what I ordered was not in the box. I don't think it should be that difficult to be nice to the people who are providing business. Or should it be that difficult to get an order correct.
