  • Horrible place. If I could give these people no stars I would. I'm a believer of second chances. Everybody has a bad day. But I've been to this place 5 times and every single time it's always something. The first time I went it was very busy. She told me it would be a hour and a half wait. I didn't mind because it was my off day n I didn't have anything to do. When they lady start doing my nails. She is so rude she literally half filing my nails and she is pulling my hands and then pushing them away when she done with one hand and moving to the other. Then I asked for gel polish and she goes "that's an extra 10 dollars" as if I didn't have 10 extra dollars. I mean I'm spending almost 85 dollars in your establishment. What makes your think I can't spare another 10 dollars? Then when she got done filing my nail I look at them and one is really crocked so I tell her and she starts huffing and puffing like I'm the one who can't file a nail down even. The second time I went it was a different lady who did my nails. She didn't know how to do nails at all. She scraped my cuticle with the file machine and I start bleeding. She also had on the glasses with only one arm so the glasses kept falling off her face every five minutes and she kept having to stop and pick them up. The last 3 times I went was just for pedicures and the job wasn't that bad. But they were still all rude.
