I went here a month ago looking for a new barber and was very disappointed. When I walked in I was greeted by a very unhappy woman who asked if I had an appointment. I told her no and asked if that was a problem given that the shop was empty. She grudgingly agreed to give me a haircut and didn't say a word. So much for the advertised friendly environment. It felt like she was doing me a huge favour. It's likely that customers' experience depends on which barber you get. Based on my experience, I won't be going back.
