  • Bad customer service. Saw a security guy just picked on a African Canadian couple for checking tickets before even they got to the ticket check point. Didn't feel very comfortable seeing that - 9/30 around 5 pm before ticket check point close to window area. There was no argue or anything but felt like he picked them on purpose.... what the...?
