| - If I only had $20.00 in my pocket I would spend it on a spin class from cycle bar..
The staff at Cycle bar, is amazing!! First timers don't be nervous... as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted, asked to sign in on a cute little iPad! The iPad tells you your bike number and the number to grab your shoes! It's amazing, yes they have free bike shoes for you to use. Then, I was taken to my locker, as other reviews mention this area is pretty tiny! So note to self, lock your stuff up and keep it moving. An that's just what we did, the staff member walked me to my bike, helped me adjust my bike and even helped me place me feet in the pedals! He adjusted my seat and Handle bars then took the time to explain to me how the class works! What a great introduction and first impression.. the placement of my bike was perfect as well! Lights out, music pumping, towel provided by Cycle bar, water bottle to refuel during class was also provided by Cycle bar!! The classes are a perfect way to lose lbs.. 300-600 each session so push yourself and get your ride on, you will leave dripping wet! But even the exit is magical, Cycle bar is so cute!! They have fruit, and water set out for you to enjoy, this time around they had chips and salsa and a few other goodies laid out. But it doesn't end at the door! Check your email as soon as class ends, they email you your cycling results. It will say how many calories you burned, your ranking in the class your rpms etc.. it's amazing!! If cycling is something you want to try! Get moving and do it! You will love it.
Tips: If you take a 5:30 class, parking is a nightmare!!! Arrive early or park at Green Valley Casino, seriously don't think about it, just do it or you will be late!
- checkout eBay, Amazon where ever you like to bargain shop and buy some biking shorts, the kind with the pads on the bottom, you will look insane, but your bottom and thighs will thank you later! (My best investment, yet!)
- Month of March $99 special unlimited rides for a month!
Just found out, that employee that was helping me. Yah he's the owner lol! Thank you'
