  • Extremely slow service. They don't have a "To Go" window. If you order over the phone they expect you to wait in line with everyone else that's there purchasing from the deli so your wait is 15-20 minutes defeating the purpose of take out and quick service. The food is good but not worth the slow service in the restaurant or ridiculous take out process.
