  • Just left and will be calling a manager Monday. My girlfriend is the most selfless person I know and never does anything for herself. Last week I set an appointment with Daniel over the phone. I didn't know what to ask for but I've heard her talking about Brazilian blow out so we set her an appointment for Brazilian blow out, cut, and color. I orchestrate a slick plan to have us arrive just in time for her appointment. I ask at the front desk what she's signed in for. They tell me cut and color. I ask about the Brazilian blow out and they tell me they don't do that there. I wasn't going to leave at this point. It was already a massive undertaking just to get her there and surprise her so I decided to wait and talk to a manager later. I go to pick her up and she's already paying which was not how it was supposed to go, furthermore, they charged her 153 instead of 118 as Daniel quoted me over the phone. He sold me a service they don't even offer. I'm highly disappointed. Absolutely ruined my surprise for her. I'll update this as I see how it's handled. ***UPDATE*** I called today to speak with Jennifer. The call dropped on her end and now when I call back it says the destination mailbox is full. I called corporate and put in a request for the owner of the franchise to call me back.
