  • I was worried about the heat coming from the cover plate to our dining room chandelier, but when I called Ryan at Rio Electric, he explained that some heat was normal when a dimmer is involved. He also gave me a few things to try before sending Dan out. I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything to me. He tried to save us money before sending his electrician out. However, we asked that the dimmer be switched out. Dan was very professional, arrived on time and was quite pleasant. He even straightened out the chandelier and tightened the screws. Don't hesitate to call Rio for any electrical needs, their pricing is fair, they are quick and very professional. I also like that they try to help you trouble shoot before they come out! Thank you Ryan and Dan! I hope nothing else breaks, but if it does, I'll be calling!
