  • I've been coming here the past 2.5 years for my haircut by Belle. She is nice and personable and does a decent job on my hair. I always request the back of my hair shape to be a deep V-shape but she always does it minimally. I keep on going back because it's very close to my family's home when I visit and few steps down from the nail salon I go to so you can say it's convenience. The reason for my low rating is because yesterday's haircut done by the lady owner. I went in asking only for bangs and she started very fast shaving my hair with the razor. I told her I don't want the razor because it causes split ends for me and she said I'm only shaving off a bit and kept on going with it. I was shocked and told me no please don't use the razor. Then she went on to razor off the other lengths of my hair saying your front is very heavy...I told her I only want bangs, she said I'm only taking off a little or else it won't be balance and looks heavy. At this point I told her no and I was upset. She kept justifying that it's heavy. I told her stop and got very upset and she didn't even apologize or think she did anything wrong without my consent to cut my hair off! I went to pay and she charged me $20 when I only went in to have my bangs trimmed, I knew where she was going...she kept cutting to make more money when all I wanted was just a trim for bangs. I'm so upset and will not be going back again.
