I have taken my two small dogs here several times: two times, the grooming was great and two times it was bad. I believe that I made the owner angry because I nicely asked several questions about the safety of my dogs due to several grooming dog deaths in the recent news and questions they suggested to ask your groomer. I tipped $10 as I always do, but when I got home, I noticed that my dogs had very choppy and uneven cuts, the anal area had not been shaved at all in either dogs, and both were continually shaking their heads (had water in their ears). It also looked like the nails were not clipped in one of the dogs. It appeared as if their groom was a quickie 15 minutes. That's pretty sad for a $100 groom. When I calmly called and voiced my complaints the owner was non-caring and in denial with no offer to fix the problems. I had to pay $15 for ear solution to treat their ears and will never take them here again! The owner also stated that they were not licensed groomers as Nevada does not require that. When groomers do not have to be licensed/trained to groom your dogs, that poses some real safety issues. Perhaps we need to attempt to get groomers trained and licensed in Nevada.
