  • Using this customer center is so easy for me with most of my important shipments. It is conveniently close to my work in Berea so most of the time I use the app to divert packages here instead of having them delivered to my house. Love that when any shipment is addressed to my house it automatically pops up in the app and notifies me the day before. As far as the facility itself goes, the employees have always been friendly and the customer counter has tons of space to pack or open anything you could possibly want to ship plus they sell materials in case you forgot something or are in a hurry. They have tons of reserved customer parking right up front, and have hand carts for you to use in case you have multiple or heavy packages. So much more convenient than the UPS store. I'm a fan.
