My father, 66 years old, retired USAF was treated poorly by this bike shop. He's a respectful man and does not deserve to be marginalized because he doesn't ride a multi-thousand dollar bike.
He's on a limited income, and a department store Schwinn is what he can afford.
He brought the bike to this location, asked to receive and pay for a tune up. He was told, "that's not a bike" and "I don't have time to work on that".
It's beyond ridiculous that a business would treat someone like this.
