  • DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKETS HERE!!! We got tickets to see Hamilton in Chicago. We entered all of our info into the site and were told we were getting electronic tickets. 2 hours before the show we get an email saying there was a problem with the transaction and we no longer have tickets. We called regarding the transaction and were told that there was no billing address attached to our order. That was interesting because we were looking at our bill, WHICH HAD THE BILLING ADDRESS ON IT. There was zero customer service over the phone.
