  • This is my seventh move so I've had many different experiances with movers. The only reason I gave stars is because the moving crew were outstanding. Kevin, Rafael, Alex, Sal and Preston were fantastic. They did everything and anything to make sure we were happy with their work.They truly went above and beyond, especially Kevin. However, Red Carpet may be good for local moves they are a bit out of their league for cross country moves. Marc was completely unprofessional, disinterested and impossible to contact. It seemed that everyone in the office was aware of that. My first clue should have been that he 'forgot' to email me the proposal until I called to remind him. I always felt like I was a bother when I was able to talk to him. Trying to manage the delivery end on the east coast was and continues to be a nightmare. Without going into exhausting detail, I think Red Carpet may be perfectly fine for a short distance move but coast to coast was not their thing. I also think their workers are not treated very well from what I observed.
