  • so I have 2 reviews one is I recently (Monday of this week) to get my pup a spring puppy cut. the person that gave my fur baby her groom was kind and let me know My fur baby was very afraid of the blow dryer. I appreciated that and my pup looked happy and very cute with her new hairdo. I usually do it myself, but never have used a blow dryer. so it was good to know she hated it. I did not see that anyone in the grooming area had experience but I would give this girl 5 stars. the second part of my review is important, if you have a coupon be sure it is taken off. I had been here 3 times and this third time I had a $10 off coupon and when it ran up it was not taken off. the girl ringing me up said well that is what it ran up as. it only took off $3. I told the girl if you do the math the bill is 47 and 10 off would be 37 not 44. only when I told her I am not paying this, did she contact the store manager . Now I was told it was the first coupon like I had that was used. I knew that was a lie because someone that works there told me that it happened a lot and I was not the only one that has mentioned it. so the moral of the story is look at the price of everything, (2 other times I was there the bill ran up incorrectly too.) it is very frustrating. so for that I give then 1 star.
