  • My 96 Grandmother was placed here after a short hospital stay. The food was good. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the nurses, the CNA's and the Dr. My Grandma's diaper was not changed for over 12 hours as the CNA wasn't told she was incontinent. When it was changed I noticed there was no bandage on her pressure sore. There was a Dr order for that from the hospital. The Dr over seeing her care there wasn't told she even had a pressure sore. Also, she had a huge knot on her shin but no one knew how she got it and nothing was documented. When she was brought home and her diaper changed there was no bandage again on her pressure sore. I feel like this place is Ok for someone that can advocate for themselves. I don't recommend it for someone of higher care as my Grandma is. I addressed my issues with the Head of Nursing the first time it happened. I was really disappointed it happened again.
