  • Ok, this review is long overdue. Came in September 2012 to try a Specialized cruiser bike I saw online. I was quickly greeted by James, who turned out to be a real bike guru. I had so many questions and James was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Took the cruiser for a lap and BOOM I was in love. Even though it was a Friday night (creeping on their closing time), James and the Exhale crew did not rush us at all and even took the time to assemble all the add-ons I wanted. James also told us about good bike routes in the area and some cool art galleries in Phoenix. How can I ever consider another bike shop?
