  • My husband had gone in for a limited exam and X-ray on an emergency, the front desk lady was unbelievably rude from beginning to end. While we were checking out the assistant and the front desk lady got into an argument regarding my husbands treatment, I thought it was a joke, they were both very unprofessional and really gave the office a bad name. We scheduled for his treatment but later decided not to ever come back. I can't compliment the doctor, he didn't say much and was in and out room. For him being the head of the Nevada Dental Association was another huge disappointment, thought he'd be a little more organized not only with his chair side manner but with his staff as well. I, myself work in the dental field and know how important the role of front desk is so this wasn't the place for us and won't recommended it to anyone else.
