rev:text	This hotel has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I was looking forward to lounging by the pool all day, but when I get here they have closed off the pool due to a private party. No one mentioned that the pool would be closed when I booked the room and was told upon check-in that the pool was open. I will never stay here again and wish I could leave. None of the customer service reps offered to help or even try to make my stay more pleasurable. Extremely disappointed!
