  • Well, I had given this location 5 stars in 2015. But F that. Sorry, but this place on food service has hit an all time low. I have called on two separate occasions to place an order for pick up AND they put me on hold and NEVER pick the phone back up!!! I waited 30 minutes the first time and 15 minutes tonight. It pisses me off! Last time, I didn't return for months. A couple of weeks ago we had the worst service and the place wasn't busy. They took forever to take our order and never refilled our drinks! I am a decent tipper and don't ask for anything special. WTH! (Entry angry face here). I wish people would value customer service.
