I called this company to get a quote for garage storage. Someone came out to measure and said he would send the quote over and never did. I realized a month later that we never received the quote (we had just moved so it was not the first thing on my mind). The company said they would send someone out again. It ended up being the same guy (Vincent) and continued to lie to my husband saying that he called me multiple times and I never called him back. Why would I not call you back? I want the storage.
My husband showed him the wall we want cabinets on which has a fridge right in the middle of the wall. He asked multiple times if the fridge was staying, my husband said yes and that it could move a little to the left or right if need be, but needs to stay there.
I was emailed the quote the next day and I emailed him back saying it looked good and to let me know the soonest he could install. A week went by with no response so I called the office. I let her know what had happened and wanted to let her know what kind of people they have working for them. I said that he is not a good representative of their company and has been unresponsive now twice. She said she could put my order into production right away and have it installed. I called back and scheduled them to come out the next Monday.
The installers came out and said that they did not know their was a fridge on the wall and that that was not what Vincent had included in his order. His order was for 12' continuous cabinets (which leaves no room for the fridge). My husband just about lost it at this point since we had had so many problems with this guy. I called the company and she said that I did not look at the drawing Vincent made. I said the sketch shows 3 double door... how was I supposed to know that the middle double door was not my fridge? My husband had told him multiple times that the fridge was staying so I was not concerned. I should have been.
The woman on the phone (I will add that she was usually pretty pleasant the entire process) said that it would now be an additional $75 because there will now be 2 additional finished sides. I said that I would like to talk to the supervisor because I did not feel that I should be charged anything additional at this point with all of the problems we had had.
The next phone call I received was from her a few days later letting me know that the supervisor said that he is refusing to do our job.
Excuse me!? YOU'RE company is the one who kept messing up and you don't even have the decency to call me to make sure that this gets resolved? Instead you REFUSE to do my job? I am beside myself. How about you do your job and keep your company in business and call me to figure out what the issue is. Or how about talk to Vincent and see what the issue is because he can't seem to get his shit right.
I kept my calm the entire time and was nothing but polite to the woman on the phone, so for them to turn around and tell me they refuse to do my job was insane to me. I asked her if I could speak to the supervisor and she said that he has my information. AKA he won't call you. So I tried calling for 4 days straight to speak to the owner, Mario and all of a sudden they never answer their phone. Only explanation I can think of is they are screening my calls.
Unreal. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. It's really unfortunate it had to go this way.
