  • I've had a very long sales relationship with Kevin Kalawsky at the Tatum store to the point that I started calling myself "his favorite customer". To make a long story short I purchased a refrigerator in 2014 that had an "unfixable" problem, after many service calls and my many frustrated calls, Kevin agreed to replace the refrigerator. I was finally so happy that I purchased all new appliances for my remodeled kitchen (that took much longer than I anticipated and Kevin stored them without applying any pressure on the time). I also purchased a new TV & sound bar. Kevin was very patient with my constant phone calls and complaints on my "defective refrigerator"... I also want to give a rave review to the guys that came to my house to install my TV and sound bar - they were very polite and knew what they were doing. I would recommend both Kevin and their TV department installation staff to my friends. Ruth K.
