rev:text	Stay Away !! Some how my first review is gone and I don't want to get into all the details but here is an over view. Salesman miss represented size of the plants and the quality of them as well. They missed the start date. They claim to have "private" nursery's but we weren't aloud to visit so we could pick out our plants. That's a lie ! Really they just buy from public nursery's and mark the plants up. I know this because they left all the tags from the public Nursery on the plants so it was easy to see what thy cost VS what we were charged. When questioned they claimed they "ran out" so they had to use the other nursery isn't it funny every single plant we needed they happen to be out off. Second the billing was a disaster they quoted us one price called back said "sorry" that was pool pricing so they changed it (I guess they bill different for pools ? weird and shady ) but when we went to settle it was still back at the first price. So we went around and around on that as well. The construction manager disappeared in the middle of the job no one including his office knew were he was. Office staff said they weren't even sure he was with the company. At that point in the build we called our salesman who had to talk to some one else because he wasn't even sure what to do at this point. Internally this place is a mess no one talks to each other and the customer feels it. The reason we needed him was the pavers were put down wrong because the workers didn't have the" updated plans". So now all the plants are in drips are run but we weren't even given a walk through on any of the work so we are winging it and hoping we don't kill the plants. What a joke once they think there done they are gone. Oh except to collect then they call. Anyway we have paid our bill the jobs still not done 100% but we just don't want to deal with this company anymore. I will say they offered to have a higher up come by but I am not sure what that will do. Meaning damage is done. The problem is internal. It starts inside California pools and landscape. No one ever seems to have control of the project. No communication etc. walk away !!
