  • Had several very negative experiences with a member of their "customer service". I've witnessed her being very disrespectful towards some customers as well. One of my employees told me they voiced a complaint about the same person to Giant Eagle directly and to this date has not received any form of feedback from the company. A nice stylish building with different offerings is great, but if you continue to sacrifice customer service do not be surprised when you continue to loose customers such as myself.
