  • One animal-educated employee in the entire store. Employees keep approaching my dog and reaching for his head without asking. What, is the store manned almost entirely by 6 year old girls? Even when we say, "please let him sniff you first, he's a fearful new rescue" they seem unable to comprehend or comply. This can undo weeks of training but these employees don't know or care, they just want to pet the wittle puppy. One employee both times we've gone in, has immediately known how to interact with dogs, and we make a beeline for her and try to stand between our pup and the other workers. Other than that, good selection of toys and everyone seems friendly.
