  • They shipped me an item that does not work. They're web site says they will replace defective items but that is not true. I have to go through the manufacturer and I have to pay return shipping for an item that was sent to me broken. Getting a good price was not worth the hassle and money I'm losing shipping an item back. I would have been better off paying more money up front for a reliable company selling reliable merchandise.
