  • New patient yesterday with a 2:30pm appointment. I was a little "late" and checked in at 2:25. After completing new patient paperwork I handed it back before 2:35pm. I was finally put in a room at 3:09pm. After not seeing anyone come in or speak with me about the delay etc, I walked out at 4:02pm without ever seeing the doctor. Your doctor's time is valuable, much more so than your patient's time. Stay away.
