  • wow super bad customer service! i came here to test drive a M3 because my lease is ending i currently have a m235i, the African american gentlemen salesman told me they only had one M3 but dont want to pit miles on it, i told him if he can see what he can do, he then went to his manager i believe a white man to ask him who then told him we cannot test drive the M3 because he doesnt want to put miles on it, but we can test drive a M4! excuse me i want to drive the M3 because thats the car im interested in not the M4, it was super rude and i felt like they just didnt want to let me test drive the car. i guess they dont like selling cars here and allowing people to test drive the car they are interested in. i have been with bmw for over 5 years now and i have never encountered this type of customer service. i even went last month to the sahara location and they let me test drive any vehicle i wanted thats how its suppose to be ! this location deserves no stars but i had to put one to make a review! warning dont buy or lease a vehicle at this location they dont deserve the sale !!!!!!!!!
