  • I have stayed at far less quality hotels and have received better customer service. The manager Cindy was the most rudest women I have ever met that is in the customer service Industry. She had my husband while me and my two kids under 5 wait for a hour and then decides she wanted a paper faxed. I will never ever stay with a extended stay in my life
