| - As a student of UNLV, I have to admit this is the worst Starbucks in Las Vegas.
1.This Starbucks is always short of stock
such as straw spoons, sugar, milk, juice, espresso
2.. The staff are all lazy
the sugar pack box is always dirty and never been filled up
No matter how many students were in line waiting, there is always always only once cashier at the standpoint to take orders. Come on, take a look at the Coffer Beans in the Lied Library, there are always 3 cashiers on duty if there is a long line of unlv students. The boffee beans would even pre expedite the student drink orders first while waitng.
3. There is no customer service at all.
The staff here did not bother to smile, they did not care how long the line is
I always could find the cashier was talking to her friends at the check out stand just to give them more discounts while the other students were waiting in the line.
I guess, just bcz there are 20,000 unlv students and staff, so they have no worry about the future bsuiness at all.
4. They always change the staff , so the new staff does not even know how to do a simple drink
like myself experienced on Sep 18th Tue ard 1520
I ordered a berry refresher, but the guy took it for 15 mins
No kidding, 15 mins, I was the first in the line to wait for that berry refresher
however when the drink came out
there was no berries at all in the drink
the drink was transparent, no berry color at all
It was full of ice, although I have already requested light ice
they did not want to redo the drink or even refund the money
