  • If you want to spend the first two hours waiting in line for a rental car, choose Thrifty. If you'd rather be on the road quickly, ANY other rental brand will get you on the road in a small fraction of the time. At the Las Vegas airport rental car facility standing in line with dozens of customers while Thrifty/Dollar car rental do not have nearly enough agents working to process reservations. National, Alamo and all the others have plenty of agents and happy customers. Thrifty not worth it. Still waiting......... An hour later. Still waiting......... The night is almost gone and we finally are at the counter. .....of course!!! We get to the garage and these idiots don't have our vehicle ready! Priceless!!!!
