I've been into the branch a handful of times now.
If there's a line, its relatively slowly moving.
There seems to be two female desk clerks; one is incrediby helpful and polite. The other (who has not waited on me, but you can hear the way she talks to people and cuts them off) is not nice at all. Quite the contrary, she is quite condescending and often times flat out impatient, unprofessional and rude.
I think it's probably time that the latter clerk moves out of the public work sector.
PROS:
Easy to find location;
SOME helpful staff;
Very convenient location.
CONS:
Parking is street-only and if it's busy, you'll have a tough time parking;
SOME very rude staff;
slow-moving lines when its busy;
Inside needs renovated, badly.
The walls behind the counter are dilapidated and quite the eye-sore.
