I feel honored that I was the only one who received a response from the "owner" . Guess he must have gotten someone off thier butt to go look at yelp when it was said that I would write a review. I cannot comment on "his" comment so i will make a new one.
. I was told it would be 500 to fix my spa. and my husband was not every told you would refund the $85.00. He was told $15.00. You are rude and unprofessional. Bottom line. No if's and's or butt's. RUDE. That was the biggest complaint on here. HOw can you say that it is the home warranty companies fault that you are Rude? I had another reputable spa repair come out and fix the problem for $15.00 . it was not what you said it was in the 1st place. I will be sure to tell everyone i know not to use this company and I have written the warranty co and recomended that they not use Southwest pools and spas. and yes someone who can speak and understand English clearly should be sent to an English speaking home.
