  • Since my last review, my opinion has changed for the better of the staff. I absolutely love and appreciate how they handled our twin miscarriage, Dr Craig came in and talked with us, and they all said when we were ready to try again, they would be there for us. And they were! Shannon, Christina, and Dr Craig have all been amazing, treating us as friends they care about rather than just another number or patient. The call hold times have gotten so much better as well. They called me as soon as their was an issue with my labs and told me if we didn't remedy it what it could mean, and then double checked the lharmacy to call all my meds to. They handled my insurance for me, dealing with Express Scripts which I despise having to deal with, and when I freaked out over weird pregnancy pains or other unrelated back pain, they offered tests to see if there was a problem. I am now 10 weeks with twins, further than we got last time, and I actually miss being there every week or few weeks because they were so reassuring and nice. If we decide to get pregnant again after we have our twins in December, we will definitely be going back!
